The Garden

A gardener lived in this house and planted a garden that blooms like a symphony each spring. I look at the garden daily but it wasn’t until I took some photos that I could see more clearly just what I was looking at. Perfection in Nature.
Look at the stamens above. They look like pinwheels! This is a type of geranium with the rule of 5 – five flowers to a stalk, with five petals and five stamen to a flower.
I smile when someone says “I prefer natural colors” referring to neutrals like tan, beige, black and white. Every wild and crazy color can be found in nature.
And shapes? Think so.
